the cross of discipleship and answered God’s call to write the book,
God made a promise—that the music created for the handbook
would spread across the world, transforming hearts in every nation.
Initially, Keith struggled to comprehend how this could be possible,
as he had no formal musical training. Yet, despite his doubts, he
felt an undeniable calling to compose songs that would
communicate God’s Word and touch the souls of those who
listened.
Through this process, Keith discovered the universal
language of music—one that transcends race, religion, and cultural
differences. Music speaks directly to the heart, requiring no
translation. A melody alone can uplift the weary and provide solace
to the brokenhearted. It became clear that the BFG Handbook
could serve as a conduit for unity, using rhythm and harmony to
foster love and understanding. In its beauty, music echoes the
divine, reflecting the very voice of God—a voice that is both
boundless and tender, a sacred call to unity and love.
The time finally arrived for Keith to compose songs for
each of the 81 chapters of the BFG Handbook, allowing God’s
Word to be expressed through a new expression, a fresh method,
and with renewed ardor—fulfilling the Church’s call for the New
Evangelization. Miraculously, he completed all 81 songs, making
them available for the world to hear. During the writing of each
song, he could not stop thinking of his father. The memory of his
father’s love and faith provided Keith with the strength to complete
the task God had placed before him.
