great-grandparents, stands as a testament to their enduring faith
and commitment to spreading the Gospel. The construction of the
new parish center was made possible through the generous
financial support of Bishop Vann, who had pledged his assistance
during their first visit nearly two years prior. To express their
gratitude, the people of Phuong Duc organized a magnificent
concert on the eve of the dedication. This heartfelt celebration was
a tribute to Bishop Vann, Father Bao Thai, and Keith, recognizing
their devotion to the mission and the local community.

The official dedication took place on February 9, 2025. On
that day, Keith was reminded of a profound conversation with a
friend who once shared a prophetic dream—one in which Keith
stood before a great assembly, leading the faithful in his mission to
restore divine truth to all nations. That vision became a reality as
Keith stood before the gathered congregation, surrounded by the
powerful sound of over a 100-member band, their drums and
trumpets filling the air with triumphant praise. During the ribbon-
cutting ceremony, an extraordinary event occurred: as doves were
released into the sky, one unexpectedly returned and landed gently
on Keith’s head. This sacred moment, captured in a photograph by
Father Joseph Luan, immediately reminded Keith of Matthew 3:16-
17: “And when Jesus had been baptized, just as he came up from
the water, suddenly the heavens were opened to him, and he saw
the Spirit of God descending like a dove and alighting on him. And
a voice from heaven said, ‘This is my Son, the Beloved, with whom
I am well pleased.'” This divine affirmation reinforced a profound
truth: the Church is a reflection of God the Father’s immense love
for His Son, a love made manifest through the power of the Holy
