Keith’s spiritual journey into Vietnamese, emphasizing that his
mission to restore the truth is guided by the hand of God.

Fr. Nam Tran also shared an insightful connection: the
name of the Catholic Church his great-grandparents built, Phuong
Duc, originates from the term “virtue,” This revelation prompted
Keith to explore the deeper significance of the name “Phuong Duc.”
In a remarkable alignment of events, the inspiration that led Keith to
write the Christian Edition of the Tao Te Ching was unmistakably
the result of divine guidance. The Tao Te Ching, often translated as
“The Book of the Way and Virtue,” is a deeply revered and sacred
text in the spiritual and philosophical traditions of Taoism. This text
is closely tied to Keith’s family heritage. The name Phuong Duc,
which translates to “the Way and Virtue,” alongside Keith’s
Vietnamese name, Chuong, meaning “a chapter of a book,”
beautifully combines to create the phrase “A Chapter of the Way
and Virtue.” This connection emphasizes not only the significance
of his heritage but also the narrative of his spiritual journey. It
reflects the values and principles he aims to share through the work
that God planned for him even before birth, highlighting the divine
connections between Keith’s identity, his family’s legacy, and his
            spiritual mission.

God undeniably orchestrated Keith’s calling to write the
BFG Handbook (Christian Edition of the Tao Te Ching). Keith
recognized that it is not enough to simply tell the world to believe in
God; one must be a living witness to God’s power and glory. Fr.
Dominic Lộc, whom Keith met during his visit, echoed this
sentiment, noting that personal witness stories are what truly draw
people to God. This became evident when Fr. Bao Thai shared his
