Frequently Asked
When am I charged?
Your first charge happens immediately when you subscribe. After that, Stripe automatically charges your card on the same day of each month. You'll receive an email receipt from Stripe for every charge.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account page or email [email protected]. Cancellation stops your next billing cycle — you keep access through the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for voluntary cancellation.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal date.
What if my payment fails?
Stripe will retry the charge over 7 days. If it still fails after that, your account is temporarily suspended until you update your payment method. You won't lose your data — re-enter your card any time to resume.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds for partial months on voluntary cancellation. For technical issues or accidental purchases, email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge — we handle these case-by-case at our discretion.
What happens if I run out of questions before the month ends?
You'll see an upgrade prompt. You can wait until the next month for your quota to reset, or upgrade to a higher plan to keep going right away.
How do coupons work?
Use code ALPHA at Stripe Checkout for your first month free on any paid plan. Your payment method is required at signup to keep the subscription active past month 1. Cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — the same payment platform used by Lyft, DoorDash, and thousands of other businesses. We never see or store your card details.
