There is a saying, “Still waters run deep.” This saying applies to those who
would exercise true and genuine leadership among their fellow human
beings. That leadership is humble, patient, forgiving, and finds peaceful
solutions to obstacles confronting them.
The reason they can be non-confrontational and collaborative with others,
drawing the best out of others, is because they are grounded in an intimate,
faith-filled relationship with the Holy Spirit of God, who alone is eternal love.
